Katie Higginbottom, New Head of ITF Seafarers’ Trust

We are delighted to announce that Katie Higginbottom has been appointed as the new Head of the ITF Seafarers’ Trust.
The post attracted a strong field of able candidates, but the interview panel were pleased to recommend Katie to the Trustees who agreed the recommendation and appointed her as the new Head of Trust.
Katie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Trust, having worked for the ITF for 13 years, most recently as Projects and Campaigns Leader in the Maritime section.
Arrangements are being put in place for Katie to formally take over leadership of the Trust from Tomas Abrahamsson, who as Acting Head of Trust has provided experienced navigation of the Trust over the recent period. However, we are sure you will join with us in the meantime in congratulating Katie on her appointment as we look forward to her joining the ITF Seafarers’ Trust.
