ICMA"‘AHOY" Course Manila Philippines 2016

AN ICMA TRAINING AND IMMERSION COURSE FOR PORT WELFARE WORKERS SERVING SEAFARERS FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Considering the high number of Filipino seafarers who visit port based welfare centres around the world, it is appropriate to provide ship visitors and port based welfare providers with the opportunity to learn more about their world so as to better serve them.

ICMA’s AHOY Training and Immersion Course will run from Sept. 24 – Oct. 2  2016  in Manila and will allow participants to gain a first-hand knowledge of Filipino seafarers’ social and cultural background and other institutions in the Filipino maritime sector.
